Delivery & Returns
Last day for guaranteed delivery for Christmas is the 17th December. We may post after this time but it may not get to you before the big day.
UK Delivery starts from £2.00 and is free over £30.
We also deliver worldwide, again the relevant postage will be added at the checkout when you select the country you live in.
All orders will be sent 2nd class post unless stated otherwise. Most UK orders are fulfilled within five days of receipt for ‘In Stock’ items. International orders will take longer to get to you. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. If your order does not arrive after a week it may be worth checking with your neighbours and your local Post Office before contacting us.
Event Merchandise Pre-orders
Event merchandise will be available for pre-order before and after the event and is all made-to-order. There may be a considerable wait for these items. Event merchandise ordered before the event (subject to a cut off date) will be available for collection at the event itself. After said cut off date, event merchandise orders will be delivered through the post at a later date. The dates will be supplied on the item information when ordering.
Made-to-order event merchandise is non-returnable.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase/s. However, should you feel it necessary to return a item, you may do so by contacting Anna at firstname.lastname@example.org for the returns address. This must be done within fourteen working days of delivery of the items to you. With the exception of the Bear clothing which must be returned within seven days of delivery. You should then return the relevant item to us in secure packaging.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute. The item should be returned to us in its original condition. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.
We will refund you the price you paid for the item/s that are returned, it will be made to the original payment method made to purchase your order.
If at your request the item is defective we may repair the item or supply you with a replacement item. We will not refund the delivery charge for sending the item to you unless you are returning an entire order and the order is defective.
You will receive a refund within 5 days of us receiving the item/s back but it may take longer to show up in your account.
If you return an item to us after the seven or fourteen days you will be issued a coupon code for the value of the returned item/s to be used in our shop.
