Delivery

UK Delivery is a flat rate of £3.99 and it becomes free if you spend over £50.

We also deliver worldwide, excluding the EU. The relevant postage will be added at the checkout when you select the country you live in.

All orders will be sent 2nd class post unless stated otherwise. Most UK orders are fulfilled within five days of receipt for ‘In Stock’ items. International orders will take longer to get to you. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. If your order does not arrive after a week it may be worth checking with your neighbours and your local Post Office before contacting us.

Returns and Exchanges

 
We hope you will be happy with your purchase/s. However, should you feel it necessary to exchange or return a item please return it to Anna, the Shop Manager, at:

The Outdoor Swimming Society, The Coach House, Wells Road, Hallatrow, Bristol BS39 6EJ.

This must be done within fourteen working days of delivery of the items to you. You should then return the relevant item to us in secure packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute. The item should be returned to us in its original condition. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.

We can provide you with a exchange of the item/s or we can refund you the price you paid for the item/s that are returned. Refunds will be made to the original payment source used to purchase your order.

If the item is defective we may, at your request, repair the item or supply you with a replacement item.

We will issue a refund within five days of us receiving the item/s back but it may take longer to show up in your account.

If you return an item to us after the fourteen days we may, at our discretion, issue a coupon code for the value of the returned item/s to be used in our online shop.
