Grieving through outdoor swimming: Call for conversations

05th November, 2018

Scientists now believe that outdoor swimming with cold temperatures could be an important way to help treat depression and grief. However, there have been very few articles or documentaries that explore this.

Franky is a documentary filmmaker based in London, UK and working on a short documentary that explores the benefits of outdoor swimming for dealing with grief and the loss of a loved one. He would like to  speak with people who live in the UK and believe that outdoor, cold water swimming has played an important role in their grieving process, with the aim of making sure that the documentary is accurate and represents real-life experiences.
