Psychology Today wades into cold water swimming

31st January, 2019

Coverage of the benefits of cold water swimming gathers apace. The latest edition of Psychology Today features a piece in its What Works and Why spot that makes a strong case for loony dooking actually being  perfectly reasonable behaviour.

It emphasises the role that regular swimming in cold water can play in managing stress responses and – wisely – recommends consulting the OSS for advice before getting in.
